Nothing on this shelf replaces the training. A short list of what's worth your money, ranked by where the first dollar goes — protein before anything, and everything else only after the basics are handled.
We don't sell hype and we don't stock what we wouldn't take. Read the label. Manufacturer claims are the manufacturer's. Nothing here is medical advice — talk to your physician before adding any supplement, especially if you take prescription medication.
Protein
The one that moves the Muscle number. Most adults over 40 are well short of the target in the Playbook; this closes the gap on the days food doesn't.
Magnesium
Sleep and recovery, which is where the training actually gets banked. Cheap, boring, and the one people notice when they stop.
Collagen
For the joints doing the carrying. Belongs on the shelf after protein is handled, not instead of it.
Fiber
The unglamorous one. Most people eating for muscle come up short here, and it shows up as everything from appetite to digestion. Food first; this backfills.
Muscle: creatine + HMB
Only after the four above are handled and the training is consistent. Creatine is the most-studied supplement in the field; HMB is the manufacturer's addition. Read the label.
Appetite: GLP-1 support
A natural formula positioned by the manufacturer as an alternative to GLP-1 medications — not something to take alongside them. If you're on a prescription, this is a physician conversation, not a shelf decision.
