The Scoreboard Guarantee (30-Day Reset)

The 30-Day Reset is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your Day-30 numbers don't beat your Day-1 numbers, or you simply decide the program isn't for you, email support@joinsecondprime.com from the email address on your order within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full amount you paid for the Reset. No forms, no phone call, no questions beyond "which order?"

What the refund covers

• The Reset payment ($27 quiz-taker rate or $47 standard rate), refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are issued within 1 business day of your email and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What a refund means for your membership

Your Reset purchase includes a Second Prime membership that begins billing on Day 31. A Reset refund also cancels that membership, so you will not be charged $79 or any later amount. Access to the community, the app, and the course content ends when the refund is issued.

Membership charges (Day 31 onward)

• You can cancel your membership at any time from your customer portal (link in every order and renewal email) or by emailing support@joinsecondprime.com. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Monthly membership charges are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

Order bumps and other digital products

One-time digital products purchased alongside the Reset (for example, the Protein Playbook) are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone who has previously been refunded for the same product or who has violated the Terms of Service.
