Subscription (purchase option) cancellation policy

The 30-Day Reset includes a Second Prime membership that renews automatically. Your first membership charge of $79 USD occurs on Day 31 after your Reset purchase and repeats every month until you cancel. The subscription terms are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

How to cancel

• Cancel at any time from your customer portal (the link is in every order and renewal email) or by emailing support@joinsecondprime.com from the email address on your order. We process cancellations within 1 business day. No phone call, no retention script.
• If you cancel inside your first 30 days, you will never be charged for the membership.
• If you cancel after Day 31, no further charges are made and you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

The Reset purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Refund policy. A Reset refund also cancels the membership. Monthly membership charges are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

Price changes and pauses

We will email you at least 30 days before any change to the membership price. We do not currently offer a pause option; cancel and rejoin at any time.
