1. Who we are
Second Prime LLC ("Second Prime", "we", "us") operates joinsecondprime.com, quiz.joinsecondprime.com, app.joinsecondprime.com, and the Second Prime community (hosted on Skool). By purchasing, creating an account, or using any of these, you agree to these Terms.
2. What you're buying
- The 30-Day Reset is a one-time purchase that gives you the 4 Numbers Protocol, a 30-day training program, daily lessons, 30 days of community access with weekly live calls, and the Second Prime app.
- Second Prime Membership is included with the Reset and continues automatically after your first 30 days. Your first membership charge of $79 occurs on Day 31 after your Reset purchase and repeats every month until you cancel. This is disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from your customer portal or by email. If you cancel inside your first 30 days you will never be charged for the membership. If you cancel later, charges stop at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are in USD. We may change the membership price with at least 30 days' email notice; the new price applies to your next renewal after that notice.

4. This is not medical advice
Second Prime provides general fitness education and programming. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Todd and the Second Prime team are not your physicians. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, joint injury, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any condition that could be affected by exercise. The readiness screen in the app is a tool to help you decide, not a medical clearance. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion.
5. Assumption of risk
Exercise carries risk of injury. You take part in the tests, workouts, and challenges voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for choosing loads, surfaces, and equipment that are safe for you, including any household objects used in place of dumbbells. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Prime is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the program.
6. Results vary
The 4 Numbers are a measurement tool. We make no promise about how much any number will change, how much weight you'll lose, or how you'll look. The Scoreboard Guarantee is a refund promise, not a results promise.
7. Your account and conduct
One account per person; don't share your login or community invite. In the community, be the kind of adult you'd want in the room: no harassment, no selling, no medical claims to other members, no posting anyone else's data. We can remove anyone who breaks this, and removal for cause is not refundable.
8. Content and license
Everything in the program (videos, lessons, workouts, tests, the app, the scorecard format) belongs to Second Prime LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training while your access is active. Don't copy, redistribute, resell, or use it to train others.
9. The app
app.joinsecondprime.com stores your test results, profile, and session progress. It runs in your browser and may work offline; you're responsible for keeping your device secure. We may update or discontinue features. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and where.
10. Communications
By purchasing you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, renewals, invites). Marketing emails are opt-in from the quiz and you can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time; cancelling billing is described in section 2. We can suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Prime disclaims all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@joinsecondprime.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version lives at joinsecondprime.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
